The Dougherty Group just successfuly completed a 4-day professional development event for I.C.S.C. (International Council of Shopping Centers) in Scottsdale Arizona. Current News
The Dougherty Group has developed a series of new 'turnkey' interactive Retail Real Estate curriculum that combine classroom-based professional development topics with 'field based' excursions that tie back to the content exposed during the classroom sessions. The offering can be Client Custom & Specific. The initial offering was recently successfully tested with the NIRSC (Northern Ireland Region of Shopping Centers). The focus of this 4 day event was Customer Service and Satisfaction; and common and alternative uses of Social Media as a component of Marketing and Branding campaigns. Thru working with our Event Planning practice, we were able to offer a 'Turn Key' approach where we orchistrated venue planning, hotel reservations, conference room facilities, meals, and transportation to all venues ... including group airport pick-up.
The next version of this innovative Professional Development program has been developed to align with the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) certifications requirements and again provides both classroom and real life 'field based' concept re-enforcement.

Recent Events
The Dougherty Group has enhanced our web-site for 'smart phone' and 'mini pad'/ and 'slate' support. The new responsive design allows you to access us at anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
The Dougherty Group successfully completed a 4 day teaching engagement for the John T. Riordan School for Retail Real Estate professionals. The focus of our curriculum focused on Marketing, Merchandising, and Leasing. Key events inculded a capstone assessment in the theme of 1) Jeopardy and 2) I.C.S.C. Family Feud. It was a fun experience for all and we received rave reviews.
The Dougherty Group has started booking travel events for 'Foodies'. We are currently working with Epitourean with it's product 'Edible Destinations' culinary travel experiences. We can create customized or pre-designed cultural tours, culinary getaways and cooking vacations for the foodie in all of us. Packages are available world-wide as well as the US. Our first clients will be attending the La Dolce Vita Culinary Adventure which includes lodging, local transportation, sightseeing, and most importantly 'hands on' cooking classes/experiences with local Chefs.
